Service Description
A $15 non refundable deposit is due to secure the appointment. Remaining balance is due day of. *** To book an appointment, return to the Services page and click BOOK NOW *** 1. All services are by appointment only to provide you with dedicated and personalized care. 2. A valid credit/debit card must be provided at time of booking. No fees are applied, except if conflicting with the cancellation policy. 3. Avoid caffeine 24 hours before appointment to minimize eye movement and sensitivity. 4. No guests allowed. A distraction-free environment allows the technician to focus entirely on your application. 5. Please arrive on time. There is a 10 minute grace period. A cancellation fee will be issued if late more than 10 minutes.
Booking Policy
If you haven’t done a patch test with Dandu yet, we need to schedule one first. The eye patch test must be done 24-48 hours prior to your eyelash full-set appointment. To ensure we make the best use of our time, I kindly ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us both to adjust our schedules accordingly and ensures that we can continue to provide the best service possible.
